GoApps Parents: A Digital Reading Record for Home Reading

GoApps Parents by Squirrel Learning is a free Android app that allows parents to log home reading digitally. The app eliminates the need for physical reading diaries and ensures that your child's reading record is never lost. With seamless search through thousands of titles already added, you can easily add books and reading logs.

The reading logs are detailed and allow you to enter the page number your child has read, along with comments and any words or sounds your child struggled with. The app also provides a complete activity feed, allowing you to scroll through the reading events for your child, including reading band changes, reviews, and reading logs. Depending on the school settings, you may also be able to see when your logs have been viewed or liked by the class teacher.

The app provides a complete book history, which allows you to view, search, and filter the complete history of the books your child has read. BoomReader automatically rewards children for reading by awarding Gems, which your child can swap for reward cards. Additionally, GoApps Parents allows you to set daily reminders to help keep that vital reading routine and guarantee some quiet parent and child time as you enjoy reading to each other.
